{"id":1918,"date":"2018-03-05T11:39:31","date_gmt":"2018-03-05T10:39:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vos-sosmost.cz\/?p=1918"},"modified":"2018-03-05T11:39:31","modified_gmt":"2018-03-05T10:39:31","slug":"univ2-kraje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vos-sosmost.cz\/index.php\/2018\/03\/05\/univ2-kraje\/","title":{"rendered":"UNIV2 &#8211; KRAJE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><b>Prom\u011bna \u0161kol v centra celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>VO\u0160, OA, SPg\u0160 a SZ\u0160 v Most\u011b \u0160kola je zapojen\u00e1 do projektu UNIV 2 KRAJE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tento projekt je spolufinancov\u00e1n Evropsk\u00fdm soci\u00e1ln\u00edm fondem a st\u00e1tn\u00edm rozpo\u010dtem \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00edce informac\u00ed se dozv\u00edte na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuov.cz\/univ\">https:\/\/www.nuov.cz\/univ<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projekt UNIV 2 \u2013 KRAJE (Prom\u011bna \u0161kol v centra celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed) je Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed projekt n\u00e1rodn\u00ed Ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ml\u00e1de\u017ee a t\u011blov\u00fdchovy, jeho\u017e \u0159e\u0161itelem je N\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00fastav odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je spolufinancov\u00e1n z Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu a st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0160koly &#8211; centra celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Projekt pom\u00e1h\u00e1 st\u0159edn\u00edm \u0161kol\u00e1m p\u0159i prom\u011bn\u011b v centra celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 budou nejen u\u010dit \u017e\u00e1ky v r\u00e1mci po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, ale budou nab\u00edzet i nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed formy dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9. Do projektu jsou zapojeny \u0161koly ze v\u0161ech kraj\u016f \u010cR krom\u011b Prahy. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nab\u00eddky kurz\u016f m\u00e1 p\u0159isp\u011bt ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti obyvatel na dal\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Centra budou koordinovat sv\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed aktivity tak, aby celkov\u00e1 nab\u00eddka program\u016f dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed odpov\u00eddala skute\u010dn\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m v dan\u00e9m kraji. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161kola zapojen\u00e1 do projektu p\u0159iprav\u00ed ve spolupr\u00e1ci se zam\u011bstnavateli nejm\u00e9n\u011b 3 programy dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 programy budou vkl\u00e1d\u00e1ny do internetov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu dan\u00e9ho kraje a d\u00edky propojen\u00ed s ostatn\u00edmi kraji budou prov\u00e1z\u00e1ny nab\u00eddky dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u00da\u010dast na celo\u017eivotn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je pro \u0161koly v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee mohou roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it svou \u010dinnost do nov\u00e9 oblasti a nahradit t\u00edm sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u00fabytek \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, zp\u016fsoben\u00fd demografick\u00fdm poklesem.<\/p>\n<h2>UNIV 2 \u2013 KRAJE navazuje na projekt UNIV<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">UNIV 2 &#8211; KRAJE navazuje na syst\u00e9mov\u00fd projekt Uzn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f neform\u00e1ln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a inform\u00e1ln\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed v s\u00edt\u00edch \u0161kol poskytuj\u00edc\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed slu\u017eby dosp\u011bl\u00fdm (UNIV) , kter\u00fd byl realizov\u00e1n v letech 2005 a\u017e 2008 s podporou Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00edky n\u011bmu se v\u00fdznamn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila nab\u00eddka celo\u017eivotn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v \u0161esti kraj\u00edch \u010cR a z\u00e1jemci mohou snadn\u011bji ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve dos\u00e1hnout uzn\u00e1n\u00ed kvalifikac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 z\u00edskali jinde ne\u017e p\u0159i po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve \u0161kole. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m ze \u0161esti z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch kraj\u016f roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo 11 st\u0159edn\u00edch nebo vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00fdch \u0161kol svou v\u00fduku o vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9. Obdobn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b \u0161kol ji\u017e existovaly v Libereck\u00e9m a Moravskoslezsk\u00e9m kraji, tak\u017ee dohromady pracovaly s\u00edt\u011b \u0161kol v osmi kraj\u00edch.<br \/>\nZpo\u010d\u00e1tku pro\u0161li u\u010ditel\u00e9 odborn\u00fdmi semin\u00e1\u0159i, aby se nau\u010dili p\u0159ipravit modulov\u011b \u010dlen\u011bn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9, kter\u00fdch celkem vzniklo 132. \u0160lo o rekvalifika\u010dn\u00ed kurzy, programy vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9 \u0161ance, ale tak\u00e9 inova\u010dn\u00ed \u010di specializa\u010dn\u00ed kurzy stejn\u011b jako programy tzv. normativn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (nap\u0159. sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dsk\u00e9 kurzy nebo kurzy pro elektrik\u00e1\u0159e dle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 50\/1978 Sb.). Vznikla tak r\u016fznorod\u00e1 a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojen\u00e1 nab\u00eddka vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 v r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u011bstech. Obyvatel\u00e9 z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch kraj\u016f tedy nemusej\u00ed za dal\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm daleko cestovat a nav\u00edc kurzy jsou modulov\u011b \u010dlen\u011bny, tak\u017ee si z\u00e1jemci mohou vybrat jen to, co opravdu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co projekt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0161kol\u00e1m, kraj\u016fm, obc\u00edm i jednotlivc\u016fm<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Co projekt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u0161kol\u00e1m:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) rozvoj profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed respekt k po\u017eadavk\u016fm sv\u011bta pr\u00e1ce;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) prov\u00e1zanost a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 obohacov\u00e1n\u00ed se po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho a dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) rozvoj spolupr\u00e1ce se soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi partnery, nov\u00e1 partnerstv\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Co projekt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed kraj\u016fm a obc\u00edm:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) \u0161kola jako m\u00edsto setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch generac\u00ed p\u0159i u\u010den\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dinnostech;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) lep\u0161\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed prostor\u016f a materi\u00e1ln\u00edho vybaven\u00ed \u0161koly;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) dostupnost dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, dostupnost poradenstv\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Co projekt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jednotlivc\u016fm:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed nab\u00eddka dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; v\u00edce mo\u017enost\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) lep\u0161\u00ed dostupnost DV i poradenstv\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed motivace k dal\u0161\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 aktivity projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A 1: Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed \u0161kol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A 2: Prohlouben\u00ed vybran\u00fdch profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A 3: P\u0159\u00edprava modulov\u00fdch program\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A 4: Informa\u010dn\u00ed podpora dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A 5: Reklamn\u00ed kampa\u0148 \u201eU\u010d\u00edme se v\u0161ichni a r\u00e1di\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Prohlubov\u00e1n\u00ed profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 \u010dinnosti realizovan\u00e9 v r\u00e1mci t\u00e9to aktivity sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed k prohlouben\u00ed vybran\u00fdch profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed u\u010ditel\u016f zapojen\u00fdch \u0161kol, tak aby byli p\u0159ipraveni na pr\u00e1ci s dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi i na pr\u00e1ci v centru celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed. K tomuto c\u00edli budou realizov\u00e1ny vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed oblasti:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) z\u00e1klady vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch \u2013 lektorsk\u00e9 dovednosti;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b) pedagogick\u00e9 projektov\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c) marketing dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d) kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e) aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zky odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Z\u00e1klady vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch:<\/strong>&nbsp;U\u010ditel\u00e9 dosud nejsou v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00edlen\u011b p\u0159ipravov\u00e1ni na pr\u00e1ci s dosp\u011bl\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkem vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, a to p\u0159esto\u017ee po cel\u00e1 desetilet\u00ed realizuj\u00ed \u0161koly i jin\u00e9 ne\u017e denn\u00ed formy studia, kter\u00e9 jsou prim\u00e1rn\u011b ur\u010deny pr\u00e1v\u011b dosp\u011bl\u00fdm poslucha\u010d\u016fm. \u010casto potom doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee u\u010ditel\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch metody a postupy, kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed jin\u00e9 v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupin\u011b. Organizace a realizace pr\u00e1ce s dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi pak ne v\u017edy dostate\u010dn\u011b respektuje jejich specifick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed mo\u017enosti a pot\u0159eby. Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed proto bude zam\u011b\u0159eno p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na metody a formy vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, na zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pot\u0159eb a na pot\u0159eby trhu pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pedagogick\u00e9 projektov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong>&nbsp;Pedagogick\u00e9 projektov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude obsahem uveden\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, nen\u00ed v rozporu s p\u0159\u00edstupy uplat\u0148ovan\u00fdmi v po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0158editel\u00e9 \u0161kol zapojen\u00fdch v ji\u017e ukon\u010den\u00e9m projektu UNIV ocenili tento druh vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 i proto, \u017ee z\u00edskan\u00e9 kompetence vyu\u017eili pedagogov\u00e9 p\u0159i tvorb\u011b \u0161koln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f. Jde o vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e9 na kompetenc\u00edch, p\u0159i n\u011bm\u017e se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci u\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ipravovat vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed program s vyu\u017eit\u00edm modulov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Specifick\u00e1 pozornost bude v\u011bnov\u00e1na problematice ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se ukazuje jako jedna z problematick\u00fdch oblast\u00ed konstrukce i realizace vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Marketing dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nesta\u010d\u00ed pouze programy dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dob\u0159e p\u0159ipravit, je pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 je um\u011bt i nab\u00edzet, propagovat a prodat. Pro vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed t\u011bchto kompetenc\u00ed bude realizov\u00e1n samostatn\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed blok, kter\u00fd bude ur\u010den pouze t\u011bm pedagog\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed budou pracovat jako vedouc\u00ed center celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed na \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9:<\/strong>&nbsp;M\u00e1-li vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00fd syst\u00e9m skute\u010dn\u011b poskytovat vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed slu\u017eby dosp\u011bl\u00fdm, je nezbytn\u00e9 zam\u011b\u0159it se i na oblast kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed. To zprost\u0159edkuje dosp\u011bl\u00fdm z\u00e1jemc\u016fm informace o mo\u017en\u00e9m zapojen\u00ed do vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch aktivit. Tato pot\u0159eba vzr\u016fst\u00e1 s mo\u017enost\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvat modulov\u011b koncipovan\u00e9 programy, proto\u017ee z\u00e1jemce m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt jen ty moduly, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje. Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti kari\u00e9rov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed pro dosp\u011bl\u00e9 bude ur\u010deno pouze t\u011bm u\u010ditel\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed budou v s\u00edt\u00edch \u0161kol a v jednotliv\u00fdch centrech celo\u017eivotn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed plnit roli kari\u00e9rov\u00fdch poradc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed ot\u00e1zky odborn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tento vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed blok bude tvo\u0159en t\u00e9maty volen\u00fdmi podle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed situace. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee zhruba \u010dtvrtina t\u011bchto program\u016f bude zpracov\u00e1na na \u201eobjedn\u00e1vku\u201c zam\u011bstnavatele, dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dtvrtina bude ur\u010dena v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupin\u011b 50+; t\u0159et\u00ed \u010dtvrtina bude obory, kter\u00e9 se v po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed neotev\u00edraj\u00ed, transformovat do dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed; posledn\u00ed \u010dtvrtina bude z\u00e1viset na volb\u011b \u0161koly, umo\u017e\u0148uje zohledn\u011bn\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edch specifik. Programy budou p\u0159ipraveny modulov\u011b tak, aby ur\u010dit\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st modul\u016f byla vyu\u017eiteln\u00e1 i v programech po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, co\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k propojov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho a dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Programy budou obohaceny o rozv\u00edjen\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed a budou zahrnovat motiva\u010dn\u00ed slo\u017eku. P\u0159ipraven\u00e9 programy dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vzniknou na z\u00e1klad\u011b jedn\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011bstnavateli a dal\u0161\u00edmi akt\u00e9ry trhu pr\u00e1ce, p\u0159edstaviteli st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy a samospr\u00e1vy m\u00edst, ve kter\u00fdch \u0161koly p\u016fsob\u00ed, na z\u00e1klad\u011b mapov\u00e1n\u00ed pot\u0159eb region\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu pr\u00e1ce i nab\u00eddky region\u00e1ln\u00edho trhu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed aktivity bude i mo\u017enost pilotn\u00edho ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00fdch program\u016f. Smyslem je v praxi zjistit, zda program skute\u010dn\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u0161em stanoven\u00fdm parametr\u016fm (nap\u0159. v\u00fdstupy jsou dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9, n\u00e1ro\u010dnost je odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed, \u010dasov\u00e9 dotace vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed apod.). P\u0159\u00edprava programu bude v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pilotn\u00edho ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed ukon\u010dena vyhodnocen\u00edm jeho realizace a zapracov\u00e1n\u00edm pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch zm\u011bn.
