Jak popsat dva roky trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu? Je to mo\u017en\u00e9 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, pokud pou\u017eiji strohou projektovou terminologii, pak bude popis vypadat takto:<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1zev projektu: Profesn\u00ed cesta po Evrop\u011b ( projekt \u010d. 2015-1-CZ01-KA102-013154)<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlov\u00e1 skupina: \u017e\u00e1ci, studenti, absolventi a u\u010ditel\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010det \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed: 23 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f, 2 absolventi, 19 u\u010ditel\u016f. Celkem 44 osob.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9lka trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu: 1. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2015 \u2013 31. kv\u011bten 2017<\/p>\n<p>Aktivity projektu:<\/p>\n<p>1. mobility u\u010ditel\u016f, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly formu sd\u00edlen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v instituci zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se odborn\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm (\u0161kola \u010di jin\u00e1 instituce, je\u017e umo\u017en\u00ed profesn\u00ed rozvoj pracovn\u00edk\u016f \u0161koly),<\/p>\n<p>2. mobility \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f v\u010detn\u011b absolvent\u016f VO\u0160, tyto mobility m\u011bly charakter odborn\u00e9 praxe v instituci \u010di firm\u011b v rozsahu zpravidla 4 t\u00fddn\u016f, pro absolventy v rozsahu 10 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Partnersk\u00e9 organizace, ve kter\u00fdch st\u00e1\u017ee prob\u00edhaly:<\/p>\n<p>\u0160pan\u011blsko: instituce IRIS Madrid, Francie: Lyc\u00e9e Professionnel Brossaud Blancho, st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola v Saint Nazaire, Litva: Kolping Universita v Kaunasu, Holandsko: Stichting Stedenband Most Meppel (Foundation Twinning Most &#8211; Meppel, Nadace pro spolupr\u00e1ci m\u011bst Mostu a Mepplu), N\u011bmecko: instituce Lebenshilfewerk Annaberg e.V., N\u011bmecko: S\u00e4chsische Schweitz Klinik Sebnitz, ) Irsko: Dublin, firma Stock Taking Services, Island: Reykjav\u00edk, Spolek \u010cestina na Islandu ( \u010cENI) \/ F\u00e9lagi\u00f0 T\u00e9kkneska \u00e1 \u00cdslandi (T\u00c9K\u00cdS), Asociace M\u00f3\u00f0urm\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na aktivity projektu: 89 975 \u20ac<\/p>\n<p>Mohlo by se zd\u00e1t, \u017ee tento stroh\u00fd popis veden\u00fd v projektov\u00e9 terminologii vyjad\u0159uje o projektu v\u0161e podstatn\u00e9. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se v\u0161ak, \u017ee nejl\u00e9pe v\u00fdsledky a dopady projektu vyjad\u0159uje hodnocen\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f st\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si pros\u00edm ty nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>1) <strong>Michaela Kainov\u00e1 studentka vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu Soci\u00e1ln\u011b pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u010dinnost, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk st\u00e1\u017ee v Mepplu, Holandsko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eZajist\u00e9 bych st\u00e1\u017e doporu\u010dila dal\u0161\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm. M\u016f\u017ee to pro n\u011b b\u00fdt jedine\u010dn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost vycestovat do zahrani\u010d\u00ed a vyzkou\u0161et si, jak\u00e9 je to pracovat v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Jsem velice r\u00e1da, \u017ee jsem se tohoto projektu mohla z\u00fa\u010dastnit a pokud bych m\u011bla p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, jist\u011b bych tuto \u0161anci vyu\u017eila znova.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>2) <strong>Andrej Bachovsk\u00fd student vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu VO\u0160 Firemn\u00ed ekonomika, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk st\u00e1\u017ee v Dublinu, Irsko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eNa sv\u00e9 st\u00e1\u017ei jsem se nau\u010dil samostatn\u00e9mu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, organizov\u00e1n\u00ed zadan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, pr\u00e1ci pod tlakem, st\u00e1\u017e mi p\u0159inesla znalost jin\u00fdch da\u0148ov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f, nau\u010dil jsem se pr\u00e1ci v zahrani\u010dn\u00edch obchodn\u00edch \u0159et\u011bzc\u00edch, d\u00e1le jsem poznal odli\u0161nou kulturu a \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Dal\u0161\u00edm student\u016fm bych st\u00e1\u017e doporu\u010dil, nejen pro zdokonalen\u00ed ciz\u00edho jazyka, ale tak\u00e9 proto, \u017ee roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed sv\u00e9 obzory.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>3)<strong> Kl\u00e1ra Novotn\u00e1 studentka vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu VO\u0160 Firemn\u00ed ekonomika, \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk st\u00e1\u017ee v Dublinu, Irsko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eSt\u00e1\u017e splnila moje o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nadm\u00edru. Doporu\u010duji v\u0161em dal\u0161\u00edm student\u016fm. Poznala jsem plno nov\u00fdch a zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch m\u00edst. D\u00edky st\u00e1\u017ei se zlep\u0161ila moje angli\u010dtina.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>4) <strong>Daniela Kop\u0159ivov\u00e1 studentka vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu VO\u0160 Soci\u00e1ln\u011b pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u010dinnost, st\u00e1\u017e Annaberg, N\u011bmecko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eDoporu\u010duji, je\u010fte tam. Zlep\u0161\u00edte se v jazyce a z\u00edsk\u00e1te nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 se v\u00e1m budou v budoucnu hodit. Pracovn\u00ed kolektiv byl skv\u011bl\u00fd a vst\u0159\u00edcn\u00fd. Projekt byl skv\u011ble zorganizovan\u00fd, ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u011blo chybu a finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 jsem obdr\u017eela, sta\u010dily.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>5) <strong>Martina Lej\u010dkov\u00e1 studentka vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu P\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed a mimo\u0161koln\u00ed pedagogika, st\u00e1\u017e Reykjav\u00edk, Island<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eP\u0159ekvapily n\u00e1s jin\u00e9 metody vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, jin\u00fd postoj ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed celkov\u011b. Nejsou zde kladeny skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na d\u011bti ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, jako je to u n\u00e1s v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice. Na\u0161e p\u0159\u00edpravy na pr\u00e1ci s d\u011btmi jsou mnohem propracovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Byly jsme p\u0159ekvapen\u00e9 z rozd\u00edlu po\u010dtu pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f na po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed, na Islandu je to daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed po\u010det pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f ne\u017e u n\u00e1s.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>6) <strong>RNDr. Jana Adamcov\u00e1, u\u010ditelka \u0161koly, st\u00e1\u017e Kaunas, Litva<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eProjekty Erasmus+ posiluj\u00ed kompetence pracovn\u00edk\u016f \u0161koly ve spolupr\u00e1ci se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi institucemi, v oblasti kulturn\u00edho a soci\u00e1ln\u00edho rozhledu a jazykov\u00e9 vybavenosti. Dominantn\u011b se prom\u00edtaj\u00ed do zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed profesn\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>7)<strong> Petr \u0160l\u00e9gr student vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu VO\u0160 Diplomovan\u00e1 v\u0161eobecn\u00e1 sestra, st\u00e1\u017e Meppel, Holandsko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eS pr\u016fb\u011bhem st\u00e1\u017ee jsem byl velice spokojen. Z\u00edskal jsem mnoho nov\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a v\u011bdomost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mohu uplatnit jak v osobn\u00edm tak v profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>8)<strong> Mark\u00e9ta Pokorn\u00e1 studentka vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho programu VO\u0160 Soci\u00e1ln\u011b pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u010dinnost, st\u00e1\u017e Annaberg, N\u011bmecko<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eDoporu\u010dila bych dal\u0161\u00edm student\u016fm neb\u00e1t se a absolvovat st\u00e1\u017e v r\u00e1mci projektu Erasmus+. Je to velk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, kter\u00e1 p\u0159isp\u011bje jak k rozvoji odborn\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed, tak k rozvoji osobnosti \u010dlov\u011bka. Jako nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed plus shled\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 jazykov\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed a tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee si vyzkou\u0161\u00edte, zda m\u00e1te na to, \u017e\u00edt a pracovat v zahrani\u010d\u00ed. Velice u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee pozn\u00e1te filozofii ur\u010dit\u00e9 organizace a zem\u011b a m\u016f\u017eete se t\u00edm nechat inspirovat v dal\u0161\u00edch budouc\u00edch kroc\u00edch a\u0165 u\u017e v profesn\u00edm nebo osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Za t\u011bmito v\u00fdsledky stoj\u00ed bezesporu \u00fasil\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se v\u017edy pe\u010dliv\u011b pod veden\u00edm \u010dlen\u016f projektov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu na st\u00e1\u017e p\u0159ipravovali jak po str\u00e1nce organiza\u010dn\u00ed a jazykov\u00e9, tak i odborn\u00e9. Samotn\u00fd projekt by v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 nemohl vzniknout a b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1n bez podpory veden\u00ed \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 v\u017edy projektov\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m vych\u00e1zelo vst\u0159\u00edc. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou podporu m\u011bl projektov\u00fd t\u00fdm p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed projektu v pracovn\u00edc\u00edch Domu zahrani\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb v Praze, kter\u00fd evropsk\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed projekty administruje. R\u00e1da bych pod\u011bkovala touto cestou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm pan\u00ed Mgr. Pavl\u00edn\u011b Krou\u017ekov\u00e9, bez jej\u00edch rad a pomoci bychom se neobe\u0161li.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011bkuji tedy v\u0161em, jejich\u017e z\u00e1sluhou jsme po projektov\u00e9 cest\u011b do\u0161li a\u017e k c\u00edli!<\/p>\n<p>Mgr.
